Men’s Ministry

Where are you men of courage? The men at FBCW are the frontline spiritual defense of their homes, workplaces, and hearts. Because of this responsibility, they rely on God for their strength and each other for their encouragement. Expository Wednesday night Bible studies, community service projects, and associational brotherhood meetings only scratch the surface of what these men do for the mission of God.

Women’s Ministry

Join our team of strong women as they encourage, love, and care for one another. Life is too stressful to do it alone. When you are trying to figure out God’s plan for yourself and your family, it’s important to come together and gather advice from women who are walking through the same struggles you face. These ladies meet Wednesday nights for Bible study, periodically for events, and are always looking for opportunities to serve the church.

First Kids is a place for children from birth to 5th grade to begin their journey in the Christian life. Between age appropriate lessons, crafts, games, and more, FBCW seeks to start the upcoming generation off on the right foot! They consistently hold meetings on Wednesday nights, and also have events throughout the year, including Vacation Bible School and a Christmas play. All volunteers are thoroughly vetted and trained to make sure our children are safe, engaged, and growing in Christ!

Awaken is a great place for 6th-12th grade students to take ownership of their beliefs and begin to live them out. Through challenging sermons, mission projects, and consistent study of the Word, any student graduating from this ministry should be able to face their adult life with confidence and boldness in their faith. They meet on Wednesday nights at 6pm, as well at Sunday nights at 5:30pm.

Music Ministry

Are you gifted with musical ability? Maybe you sing, play an instrument, or know about AV/Tech. Wherever God has prepared you to be, we have a place for you! Our musical worship is a blend of traditional hymns and contemporary music. We are always excited to worship together!
